At Annies Hallmark & Gretchens Hallmark, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and include all original tags and receipt documentation.

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or visit one of our retail locations to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box before shipping to our processing center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
